I am an aspiring UI designer skilled at empathizing with people and creating user-centric design solutions. I recently graduated college with a bachelor’s in Marketing/Management and a minor in Information Technology. I also just completed a UI Design certification course and I am excited to jump into the field! I worked as a school secretary while I was in college and the organizational and problem-solving skills that I developed helped me in being able to create designs that will meet user’s needs and wants in an efficient manner. I’ve always enjoyed both design and technology so combining them both into a career in UI Design was the perfect fit for me. My marketing background gives me a unique perspective on how consumers interact with the products around them, as well as how to get them to engage best. I aim to understand the user and empathize with their point of view to give them a product that is both beautiful and pleasant to use.
